About the Plant

The company is equipped with all in-house manufacturing facilities including Dispersion Kneaders, 2 Roll Mixing Mills, Fully Automatic and Semi-Automatic Hydraulic Moulding Presses, Pneumatic Presses, Automatic Square Cutting Machines, Flash Removal Machines, Ageing Ovens and fully equipped Testing Laboratories, to meet all standards and specifications of rubber molded components. In-house testing facilities are available to test Tensile Strength, Elongation, Compression Set, Shore Hardness, Specific Gravity, Heat Ageing Tests, Ash Content Tests, Rheometer for Flow and Curing Characteristics, Video Vision Equipment, etc.

The plant is capable of manufacturing rubber components weighing from 0.1 grams to 7 Kgs per component. The current plant capacity stands at above 50 Metric Tons of rubber components per month.

The Quality Control measures include Rubber Compound Mixing and Validation In-house, Traceability from rubber mixing to dispatch, Product inspection from die qualification with 1st sample approval to 100% final inspection.
